If you are considering Great Oaks Learning Center as a partner with you in your child's development, here's what you can expect in the application and enrollment process!

 

Step 1: Application Form: There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $25, regardless of acceptance results. Begin the application process with the form below.

 

Step 2: Family Interview: A member of the management team will reach out to schedule a family interview. Parent(s) and child are required to attend the interview.

 

Step 3: Registration & Enrollment: Once accepted, an Admissions Packet will be sent to you, including the Registration Form, Tuition Payment Agreement Form, Parent Handbook, and other necessary information. Once all forms are completed and signed, and the registration fee paid, your child will officially be enrolled at Great Oaks Learning Center! *** There is an annual Registration Fee of $100. The funds go towards curriculum, project supplies, nursery supplies, etc.

 

Weekly Tuition:

$185 - flat rate pricing for children under 2 years.

$175 - flat rate pricing for children 2 and up.

Additional siblings within the same family will receive a $25 discount for each additional child.

(GOLC reserves the right to adjust weekly rates, and will be evaluated annually)

 

**Disclaimers**

It is important to note, at this time GOLC will not be providing lunches. We will provide daily snacks. Parents will need to send their children with adequate lunches (and breakfast if necessary).

 

GOLC will also not be participating in Family Guidance at this time. We will update families if alternative resources are implemented.

 

We are currently not able to properly serve families with major medical or disability needs. This is evaluated case by case, so if there are questions concerning potential eligibility, we are happy to have those discussions before a non-refundable $25 application fee is paid.
